Have been frequently asked these questions, so I thought that I will post the answers here for your viewing.

1) Qn: What type of lash do you use?
Ans: Single strand, synthetic fibers that are long and curled. Gives a natural effect.

2) Qn: How long can the extensions last?
Ans: Approx. 3 weeks to a month, depending on individuals. If you would like it to last longer, you can do touchups.

3) Qn: How to take care of the extensions?
Ans: Do not use curlers, mascara and eyeliners as they will spoil the lashes and also are hard to remove. With the extensions, you will not need them anyway as it already has the effect. Eyeshadow can still be used. When washing of face, have to avoid splashing water, we recommend using a facial sponge to wide off your cleanser or soap. Prevent rubbing your eyes. And well, just pretend that you have mascara on 24/7 hehe.

4) Qn: What if I want to remove my lashes?
Ans: Do come back to us instead of pulling them out yourselves as we have the solution for removal.

5) Qn: Will my own lashes drop when I have the extensions?
Ans: Basically, our own lashes drop everyday. With the extensions on, as long as you do not pull at it, your own lashes will be fine. The extension will just come off on it's own when it is loose. But to further protect your lashes, we recommend that you use Max Growth, the lash growing serum, to ensure the growth and strength of your own lashes.
