We have set the date for reopening for CNY.

We will resume operation on the 6th day of CNY, 19th Feb 2009.

Currently, our Pre-Cny appointments are slowly being taken up, especially 12th Feb. Call us soon before all appointment slots are taken.

We are now open to take advance appointments for the Chinese New Year period.

As the pre-CNY period of previous years have always been fully packed, it is advised to make advance appointment to avoid disappointment.

All appointments will be made on first come first serve basis.
As all our appointments are back to back, we would appreciate customers to be on time for your respective appointments. We will not be able to take your appointment if you are late.
Do inform us if you are canceling your appointment.
Should there be any cancellation of appointment or request for reschedule at the last minute, there will not be priority booking so as to be fair to other customers.

Pls also take note that for customers who choose to opt for the extensions to be done in fully single strands, there will be an extra $10 charge on top of the normal charge and surcharge due to the longer time it takes.

As we do not require or ask for any deposit for any appointment making, we would really appreciate if customers can reach for their appointments on time or inform us in advance if you cannot make it.
Do make appointments with us in advance as well to avoid disappointments as with previous experiences, there will always be a rush during festive seasons, leaving us fully booked.

- Consider the purpose of getting the extension.
