Surcharges are as such:
1) 23rd Dec to 29th Dec - $5 surcharge
2) 30th Jan'08 & 31st Jan'08 - $3 surcharge
3) 1st Feb'08 to 5th Feb'08 - $5 surcharge
The surcharge is only countable by head. So why not make appointments for our services today!!
